From first enquiry to the airport pickup.
Step 1 — Tell us what you want to see. Share your travel dates, party size, interests and budget through our booking form or directly with a safari designer.
Step 2 — Receive a tailored itinerary. Within one business day, we send a day-by-day itinerary with camp options, routing and an itemised quote — no bundled pricing.
Step 3 — Refine and confirm. We adjust camps, pacing or routing until it fits, then confirm your safari with a deposit and hold your conservancy allocations.
Step 4 — Travel, guided end to end. Your guide and vehicle stay with you throughout, alongside 24-hour support from your Nairobi-based safari designer.
