What happens after you submit.
Within 1 business day — Proposal & quote. A safari designer sends a day-by-day itinerary with camp options and an itemised price.
Your pace — Refinement. We revise routing, camps or dates as many times as you need, at no cost, until it’s right.
30% deposit — Confirmation. A deposit secures your conservancy allocations and camp bookings against your confirmed dates.
60 days before travel — Balance & final details. The remaining balance is due, alongside final passenger details, dietary needs and flight information.

How far in advance should I book a Kenya safari?
For Great Migration dates (July to October) and peak December to January travel, we recommend booking six to twelve months ahead, since conservancy camps hold very few beds.
What is included in a Maravelle safari price?
Quoted rates include accommodation, all meals, park and conservancy fees, a private guide and vehicle, and road transfers within the safari route.
Do I need a visa to travel to Kenya?
Most visitors need an approved Kenya Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) before arrival.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
A 30% deposit confirms your booking and holds camp allocations, with the balance due 60 days before travel. Cancellation terms vary by camp and season.
Can you arrange safaris for solo travellers or large groups?
Yes. We regularly design safaris for solo travellers, couples, and groups up to 20, including multi-vehicle convoys for larger family reunions and celebrations.
Is airport pickup included?
Private transfers from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or Wilson Airport are arranged for every guest and itemised separately in your quote.
